Returns Exchanges & Refunds

aigin Development does not accept returns or exchanges. If a customer account has a credit as a result of an over payment, the balance will be applied to the next month’s invoice. If it is a final invoice and the account has a credit balance a refund check will be issued for the amount of the credit.

Warranties aigin Development warranties that any software or goods will function as advertised or a full refund will be granted. In the event that physical goods were purchased then those goods must be returned to our faucility at

prior to any refund for any good purchased. Software or downloadable material cannot be returned without prior authorization, authorization can be requested by sending email to this email sales@kaigin.com.
